I grew up in South Tyrol and today live in Tuscany.

My professional background includes international luxury hospitality and sales. These experiences taught me the importance of preparation, discretion, and understanding different expectations. They continue to shape the way I work in real estate today.

I assist international buyers and property owners with the purchase and sale of real estate in Tuscany and selected regions of Italy.

German and Italian are my native languages, and English is my working language. This allows me to work directly with international clients while understanding both their requirements and the particularities of the Italian property market.

Before a property is brought to market, its position must be carefully assessed. Location, building condition, documentation, and market position all need to align before a property is recommended or presented.

I work with a limited number of properties and mandates to personally oversee each transaction. Not every property is the right fit for my portfolio. I take on only properties that I can stand behind from both a professional and commercial perspective.

For legal, technical, and tax-related matters, I work with experienced local professionals. Lawyers, surveyors, notaries, and tax advisors contribute their respective expertise; I coordinate the process and support all parties involved through to completion.

Ultimately, the goal is for buyers and sellers to make decisions based on a clear and well-founded understanding.
